  • Areas like handrails scrubbed to remove oil and dirt build up

Scheduling a Walk-Thru

Before we start cleaning, we first need to meet each other!When you contact us for a cleaning, you will have to schedule a walk-thru before any job is accepted. This involves:

  • Agreeing on a time for us to visit you and inspect your home

  • Discussing your concerns and priorities

  • Answering any questions

  • Receiving your quote

  • Scheduling your cleaning service

Once we agree on a price and cleaning day, you will be sent a contract to sign that goes over our rules and procedures and officializes your price.Once that contract is signed, it's time for your first cleaning day!

Preparing for your cleaning

Here are some things to do to prep your house so that it is ready to be cleaned:

  • Remove all dishes from your kitchen sink (if you would like the sink to be cleaned).

  • Pick up and put away excess clutter.

  • Secure and put away valuable items.

  • Lay out fresh bedsheets (if you would like your bedsheets changed).

  • Secure pets somewhere safe and out of the way.

  • Ensure there is easy access to trash liners, toilet brushes, your outdoor trash bin, and any specialty cleaning supplies you would like used that are not provided by the business.

  • Place payment somewhere easy to find or be available to pay by the end of the visit.

Payment

We accept Cash, Check and Card.
Minimum payment is due the day of your scheduled appointment.
Online payments are processed through Square.
We do not currently accept payment through venmo, paypal, cashapp, etc.
Having a card on file allows us to charge you automatically each visit, however there is a card processing fee that is added to your total.

FAQ

Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured. Should anything happen while we are working, you will not be held liable.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes! We treat pets like any other member of your household. We avoid highly scented products and never use products like bleach on the floors so that little paws stay safe. Please do let us know if you have any pets like birds, though, which are very sensitive.
How long do cleanings take?
Generally, most jobs take about 3 hours to finish, which is what our minimum price covers. If your home is larger or gets really dirty between visits, it may take more time.
Why do you not take Venmo, Paypal, etc.?
All third-party payment processors involve card processing fees, and every processor charges a different percentage. We find it easier for customers and ourselves to only accept payments through Square invoices.
